Everyone knows that exercise is good for the heart, lungs, and body. Why then is it so hard for people to make a short time commitment just a couple of times per week to exercise? One of the biggest problems in today's society is inactivity. How do we combat this problem? Well, recently a study was conducted to figure out when it is that Americans get the most exercise.
